Das Playa Paraiso ist super stylisch eingerichtet und der Besitzer hat einen tollen Geschmack. Der erste Eindruck beim Betreten der Anlage war wow. Der Pool ist phantastisch, das Bett war bequem, TV mit Netflix.
Wir wurden nach unseren Frühstückswünschen gefragt und ob wir auf dem Balkon oder am Pool essen möchten. Die Obstplatte zum Frühstück mit Schinken-Käse-Toast, Croissant und Marmelade war vollkommen ausreichend.
Die anfänglichen Verständigungsschwierigkeiten, da Maria kein Englisch kann und wir kaum spanisch, hat mit Händen und Füssen schlussendlich gut und lustig geklappt.
Obwohl wir die Check-in Uhrzeit schon über whatsapp vereinbart haben, war niemand vor Ort als wir ankamen. Das Hotel wirkte sehr verlassen. Der gegenüberliegende Beachclub, der zum Playa Paraiso gehört war baufällig im Abriss. Telefonisch war zuerst niemand zu erreichen, dann wurden wir gefragt wo wir stehen würden und bei welchem Hotel. Das hat einen etwas eigenartigen und unseriösen Eindruck vermittelt. Nachdem uns versichert wurde, dass ein Girl in ca 10 min kommt, was dann schlussendlich 50 min waren, waren wir natürlich ziemlich genervt und wollten schon die Buchung stornieren. Schlussendlich hat dann aber alles geklappt. Am nächsten Tag hatten dann neue Gäste genau das gleiche Problem.
Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick wow, so wie die Anlage auch. Allerdings gäbe es ein paar Verbesserungen: Die freistehende Badewanne ist für ältere Personen nicht geeignet oder es wäre schön zusätzlich eine richtige Dusche zu haben und nicht in der Wanne duschen zu müssen. Es gab bei der Badewanne keine Ablagefläche für Duschmittel etc. Im Badezimmer wären Haken von Vorteil gewesen, ebenso eine Abdunklung des Fensters, so wurden wir bereits um 5 Uhr von der Morgensonne geweckt. Auch wäre es schön, wenn es auf der Anlage einen Kühlschrank gäbe, wo man sich mit Wasser oder alkoholfreien Getränken versorgen könnte.
Der Vermieter hat unglaublich viel Wert auf optische Details gelegt, allenfalls wären ein paar nützliche zusätzliche Dinge wie Beistelltisch bei der Badewanne, Spritzschutz bei der Badewanne, grösserer Läufer vor der Badewanne, weil der halbe Boden nass war, ein paar weitere Haken im Badezimmer und Abdunklung toll. Die Anlage hat auch etwas den Anschein gemacht als würden Möbel, die ursprünglich im Beachclub waren, dort zwischengelagert werden.

The area of the Hotel is right at the beautiful beach of Marina di Lizzano. The Hotel itself has a good potential to be like a Resort. The local staff was friendly. Breakfast was fine.
There is many negative points here we must admit. There is nobody local at the hotel. You always need to write through Whatsapp and there was nobody at the Hotel, even dough we wrote our arrival time. That's why we had to wait outside for 20 min until two friendly guests explained us that they also had to wait (even an hour) until somebody of the Hosts came to open the gate. The furniture seemed unfinished and not ready for the season. The guest were that friendly to open us the gate so we could at least wait inside the hotel area. But here we waited and waited until a lady came and showed us the Room. She was very friendly but you can see that she doesn't have experience in the field. She asked us when we will wake up for the breakfast, because she makes every breakfast for every guest individually. Which was negative, because we woke up at the time and she forgot us a long time until the breakfast came. The shower head was filled with brown rusty water and the towels had allready stains. It's sad that the hotel could have potential also thanks to the ocean 2 min away but they definetely need a wake up or a course on how to manage all this.
