Easy to get the keys but didn't actually know where to get them from as the room with the key boxes in isn't labelled. We had to ask some people in the garage. Not an issue but not obvious.

Good convenient location with parking close by. Well stocked kitchen with a lovely hamper left for us most appreciated.
It was rather difficult getting the lift to the 2nd floor. Nowhere on the loft showing that you had to use a key. The nice lady at reception was the only way I found out. Also a bit of a shame that the pool and gym were closed for half of my stay. I do appreciate it was Christmas, but that’s why we were there.
