Appartement très agréable, avec Clim particulièrement utile au vu de la canicule ! Excellent rapport qualité /prix avec des prestations dignes d’un hôtel ! De nombreux équipements (machine à laver, ustensiles…) très appréciables. Un peu loin du centre (30min en tram) mais facilement accessible, y compris via le trolley bus depuis la gare centrale. Hôte réactif face à une coupure de courant et personnel d’accueil agréable

Struttura in un punto perfetto… sotto c’è il tram che va in varie direzioni c’è un ristorantino carino x chi la sera tardi non vuole spostarsi… tabacchi e molte altre attività proprio sotto casa
Pareti sottili… chi va in vacanza non guarda l’orario si sa… ovviamente avendo pareti più sottili non si ha la possibilità di fare un po di caciara come si suol dire… ovviamente c’erano persone che il giorno dopo si alzano per andare a lavorare… quindi sappiate che fino ad una certa ora va bene …. Poi capita che ti bussa qualcuno tra muro e muro!

Very modern tidy appartment. Friendly staff member on hand to pass keys over. Fresh and clean linen and small consumables.
The host demanded extra payment of $60nzd after I had already booked and paid through booking.com. This is incredibly disappointing and should have been advertised up front. There are lights inside the kitchen that cannot be turned off and are visible from the bed, between this and no curtains, it was hard to sleep.
