One bathroom was dirty.

It was self catering. We loved the deck especially to sit outside in the evenings with the braai going.
The loft room needs attention. The sliding cupboard doors don't slide and are badly fitted. No bedside lights or any means to read at night, which was needed.
We couldn't get the dishwasher to work, as there were no instructions.

Convenient location to the park.
A prolonged electrical outage with no backup generator or battery powered lanterns for the house. The interest also was not working because it had not been recharged.
