Booked 2 rooms after a tiring day. Checked in, in the 1 room there was chicken bones under the bed. In the other room firstly the shower wasn't working then the bathroom lights were not working, opened the fridge there was a cockroach in it. Went in the shower there was another cockroach there. Moved the side pedestal there was a lizard the size of a water monitor behind it.
This place was once very neat and clean now it's terrible I will not be coming back again and I don't recommend it.

I have stayed at a sleepover at Orpen gate and it blew this one out of the water. The staff were not very eager to help me in any timely fashion. I waited several minutes for someone to even come to the counter to help me then she disappeared again for 10 minutes. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get me into a room. There was very little food available and no restaurant open at 7pm when the other location is open til 9:30. Disappointing experience.
