The property and location is excellent
Only complaint is the mattress in bedroom was very uncomfortable

Location of property was excellent. Close to beach, shopping, fishing and great restaurants.
Bed and living room chairs were not comfortable. Bed was too soft so had to sleep part of the night on the couch. Also, we booked through booking.com and once property contacted us, there was a contract to sign and additional $90 charge for cleaning. Something to be aware of going forward.
