overall experience was great. The Condo was very clean and great overall. The Front desk staff (Maria) was so very helpful and kind. we had a great time and would love to come back again

Condo was very quaint. It’s the perfect location across the street from John’s Pass. Loved Gulf view and balcony was never in direct sun.

The location can't be beat. With John's pass right across the street and a quiet beach this is a great place for a vacation. It is definitely more of an adults condo. Simply because most of the other guests there are adults, not many kids. Granted we stayed in October so that might have something to do with it. it is an older building, nothing big and fancy. The room was spacious and had everything you needed. The balcony that overlooks the ocean is absolutely beautiful. Housekeeping could definitely do a better job at cleaning. The ceiling fans were coded and dust, they were old sand piles lane in the corners, and the toilet definitely needed a better clean. But you don't go to the beach just sit in the room so it did not hinder the overall vacation!
