Duplex For 6 Guest with 3 Pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ, Parking, 200m from Beach Mijas Costa & Fuengirola

Éramos un grupo de cuatro adultos con un perro. Elegimos el alojamiento por su proximidad a la playa canina y hemos estado muy a gusto en éste dúplex. Está previsto para 6 personas pero me parece más apropiado para 4. La decoración muy agradable, según fotos. Destacaría los servicios de la urbanización, las piscinas y las actividades. La playa está a 10 ó 15 minutos accediendo por túnel subterráneo o paso elevado. La gestión con el encargado para el check-in fue a través de WhatsApp. Resolviendo cualquier duda al instante. Disfrutamos mucho de la terraza y de las vistas.

La cocina estaba bien, con lavadora, lavavajillas,.. Por ponerle alguna pega, echamos de menos unas tijeras, los cuchillos estaban desafilados, el sacacorchos bastante malo y la cubertería con piezas desiguales. Algo fácilmente mejorable.

Unfortunately, the apartment itself had several issues that made it feel overpriced. The sofa bed was very old and ripped, making it uncomfortable to sit on, and the living room rug was visibly dirty. We also had a cockroach problem, as we had to kill them almost every day, and we even found one in our bed. The biggest disappointment was the check-in experience. We had to wait almost two hours past the scheduled check-in time because we were told there was a leak in one of the air conditioners that needed to be fixed before we could enter. After an exhausting flight with children, waiting outside in the heat was very frustrating. To make matters worse, the issue was never actually resolved. One of the air conditioners continued to leak heavily throughout our stay, so we couldn’t use it. We reported it, but no one came to fix it. Overall, this property does not justify its high price. While the location is great, the condition of the apartment and the lack of maintenance and responsiveness made it a disappointing experience.

Delayed check-in. Leaking AC. Ripped sofa bed. Dirty rug. Cockroaches. Overpriced.
