Un poco descuidado en el mantenimiento

Location and very spacious

The only thing was the outdoors patio and pool floors could have done with a clean with water as if you dropped anything on the floor it was dirty

the location was ideal, the villa is a great size but definitely needs upgraded in most areas

1 day before travelling they pointed out that i had only put for 2 people on booking !! why on earth would i book a 15 people villa for 2 people, there was 12 of us going so obviously i had misses the 2 digit!! not making excuses but i was going through chemotherapy at this time for stage 4 cancer so i probably did make this very costly mistake, as they made me pay another 1400 euro the day i arrived, i also have to say booking.com VIP genius was no help whatsoever, i have tried everything to get my money back but to no avail!!! there was 5 very large cockroaches in bathroom when we arrived that really scared my grandchildren, the air conditioning didn't work in some rooms, the swimming pool had some tiles missing with rough edges that a couple of grandchildren cut there feet on, the BBQ was the size of a through away 1 and would feed 1 person
