We stayed for 12 nights, having chosen Balestrate as our base since it has both train and bus connections, albeit limited. The apt was ok for 2 people.
the beds were too soft, and despite letting the owner/manager know, the bathroom door and the window could not be closed. We really didn't appreciate this, as we stayed for 12 nights. It was rather strange, since he replied that it will be fixed and then nothing, not a word. There is no access to the beach nearby, as the road is under construction. One must walk quite a distance to the nearest beach, and it's rather filthy.
