The apartment was located at the back of the property, which we were not aware of before arrival. Had we known this, we might have chosen a different accommodation, as we were hoping for a beach view. However, the host was very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with Balestrate Beach just a 5-minute walk away and the town center about a 5-minute drive away. There was also a restaurant nearby, which was very convenient and offered a great selection of delicious Italian cuisine.

The location was ok albeit next to a huge derelict building. It was right on the beach as shown in picture. A nice enough beach with no amenities at all. The aparment did however have an umbrella for your use which was great. The food at the pizza place was very good.
The place weren't over friendly but nice enough. The place did offer beds and chairs for the beach but the ones left were broken. I'd say mid season there should be enough for guests if you are offering that. Even a rental situation or deposit would have been advantageous.
