About this villa rental
Villa Solemare Verde is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and a sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, a complete kitchen, integrated is the living room with SAT-TV international. The house is supplied with air conditioning and Internet Wi-Fi. The house is surrounded by a garden with exotic plants, long chairs invite you to sunbathe, you can take a shower in the garden with natural water, in addition stands for a nice barbecue a large grill. private parking area is close to the house. The house is nestled among olive groves, lemons, palms and a green garden, with Privat Pool *ONLY FOR YOU* measure: 7.50 x 4.00 x 1,20 , open from 1 April until 31 Oktober. there is also playground for the children and the entire property is fenced. The Villa Solemare is located in a quiet location, but also in the cultural center of the Gulf of Castellammare.

We had a lovely time in Balestrate. The villa and particularly the garden area was perfect and exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. I travelled with my partner and our 2 year old daughter. Ciro gave us great directions and met us at the property. He showed us around and made sure we knew how everything worked. Nothing was too much trouble. He really is a brilliant host. The villa was well equipped with everything you will need and the garden is perfect for a young family. Lots of toys for our daughter to play with and the pool was very safe with a gate on the stairs. We were able to walk from the villa into the town and to the great local beach. We also had a car to explore further away, which I would very much recommend. All in all we had an amazing time and would certainly recommend the villa and Ciro to anyone looking for a great family holiday.

Very reminicent of a pla e we had in Northern Italy, complete tranquilityhosted by a very interesting multilingual gentleman. We would go again and highly recomend this place to anyone. One critisism the photos dont do it justice,,, its much much better

We are a dutch family of 4 and stayed with Ciro in august. We had a realy great time. The garden is amasing en the pool is realy nice. The house is comfortabel and complete. The house is about 10-15 min walk from a nice sand-beach and the center of Balestrate. The house is is a good base for fun day trips, nice towns and nice beaches. We highly recorment a stay at Villa Solemare.

Just come back from Sicily where we was rent this House for a week.House itself was clean inside and got all you need for cooking and space for a car but the position was far away from the town and Beach as well and the Sea view you can only have when you stand on the outside parapet .The Town of Balestrate is small and is nothing to do there.Beach there was very dirty and no one was there apart from old dog!We recommend rent a car as we did and been to see like Reservate of Zingaro and Scapello where are beautiful view and clear water then the best and really clean Beach was in SAN VITO LO CAPO which is about 60km away but is worth drive there as the See water is very clear and warm with nearly white sand and nice view on Mountains - are kids enjoyed and we too.
