Villa Solemare Verde Privat Pool.

We had a lovely stay at Ciro's house! We stayed 9 nights, the house is small but perfectly enough for us (2 adults and a 3 year old) and you will spend most of the time in the amazing garden. Everything was very clean, plenty of towels, brand new shower, washing machine, the kitchen is really well equipped (including 3 different options for making coffee!), the house also has A/C. Shaded parking area right outside the gate. The garden is definitely the highlight, it is so spacious with a pool, loungers, sandpit, swings and slide, and a BBQ. The child gate at the bottom of the steps to the pool is amazing when you have small children and the whole garden is fully secure. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay with our daughter, she loved it so much. Ciro is lovely, so friendly and always on hand to help if we needed anything. Really recommend this property to everyone!

We had a lovely time in Balestrate. The villa and particularly the garden area was perfect and exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. I travelled with my partner and our 2 year old daughter. Ciro gave us great directions and met us at the property. He showed us around and made sure we knew how everything worked. Nothing was too much trouble. He really is a brilliant host. The villa was well equipped with everything you will need and the garden is perfect for a young family. Lots of toys for our daughter to play with and the pool was very safe with a gate on the stairs. We were able to walk from the villa into the town and to the great local beach. We also had a car to explore further away, which I would very much recommend. All in all we had an amazing time and would certainly recommend the villa and Ciro to anyone looking for a great family holiday.

Very reminicent of a pla e we had in Northern Italy, complete tranquilityhosted by a very interesting multilingual gentleman. We would go again and highly recomend this place to anyone. One critisism the photos dont do it justice,,, its much much better

Just come back from Sicily where we was rent this House for a week.House itself was clean inside and got all you need for cooking and space for a car but the position was far away from the town and Beach as well and the Sea view you can only have when you stand on the outside parapet .The Town of Balestrate is small and is nothing to do there.Beach there was very dirty and no one was there apart from old dog!We recommend rent a car as we did and been to see like Reservate of Zingaro and Scapello where are beautiful view and clear water then the best and really clean Beach was in SAN VITO LO CAPO which is about 60km away but is worth drive there as the See water is very clear and warm with nearly white sand and nice view on Mountains - are kids enjoyed and we too.
