Spacious 4BR villa - 8D Windermere by the Sea
We are so pleased to announce that Currents pool deck and Waterpark, as well as the Black Drum Brewery located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach, are now open!!!
Welcome to 8D Windermere by the Sea – this enticing 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath villa is perfect for your next family vacation! The open living room with its soaring ceiling and amazing floor to ceiling fireplace will take your breath away. This room is both spacious and cozy with comfortable furnishing including an electric reclining couch, separate recliner and club chairs in the bay window. From the living room you can access the wonderful screened porch and enjoy spending time taking in the view or having dinner on the table with seating for four. The dining area, with seating for 6, is open to the living room and accessible from the kitchen via the pass-thru window. You’ll love cooking in the kitchen which has been completely remodeled and has brand new stainless steel appliances, lovely granite counters and plenty of cookware! Directly off the living room is the primary bedroom, this space is enchanting with a kings sized bed, beautiful view of the pond and access to the amazing primary ensuite, with double vanities and a cavernous double shower! Off the foyer is the first bedroom, this room also has a king bed and is adjacent to the guest bathroom which has a double vanity and roomy glass enclosed stand up shower. This bathroom also houses the full sized washer and dryer. Go up the stairs to access the loft with plenty of seating and a game table. Upstairs there are also two additional guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twins, and another guest bath. From the twin bedroom you will find another porch with those amazing Kingston Plantation views. All of this and you are only about a 2 minute walk to the beach – can’t beat that!!

The condo was as described - a true 4 bedroom home with a lot of space to spread out for a family or extended family. The property has a lot of amenties available for your use - several pools, water park area, fitness center, and more. The security guards were very helpful. The walk to the beach was very manageable. The home itself was very clean and well laid out. The door code didn't work when we were there, but the manager was wonderful with communicating information to us and finding a solution. There are a few little things that would be nice additions - there are no beach toys/supplies available for your use, no measuring cups. Again, VERY minor and not a major deal to our group. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to others.
