A wonderful family vacation awaits you in this beautiful three bedroom, two bath, 12th floor oceanfront condominium. The Southwind is located in a quiet residential setting along the 'Golden Mile'. It offers exceptional oceanfront amenities including indoor & outdoor pools, a large lazy river, two outdoor and one indoor hot tub, a kiddie pool and an exercise facility. Enjoy the fitness trail and oceanfront children's playground nearby.

Our beautiful 1500 sq. ft. three bedroom condominium located on the 12th offers panoramic ocean views with relaxing ocean breezes from the large private balcony. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances and granite countertops.
This exceptional decorated condominium has a large master suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in shower and two sinks, granite countertops and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two queen size beds and flat screen TV. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The open living area has a sectional sofa, flat screen TV and amazing ocean views.
Enjoy golf, tennis, shopping, live shows, great dining choices in on the the most sought after oceanfront vacation spots in the world.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Fantastic unit, very well appointed with unobstructed views of the ocean. The building was great with 2 pools, hot tubs, and a small lazy River. It was close to everything we wanted to do. 5 stars all the way!

The description of the unit was spot on and the unit was very clean. The minor issues encountered were handled quickly and professionally by property management. We found the location to very convenient to activities and restaurants. Would stay again

Beautiful Condo, super clean, well worth the money. Was centrally located to everything I needed. The Ocean View every morning none and night was amazing. Highly recommended

This unit was fully updated. We have stayed at Southwind many times and this is definitely the BEST unit EVER!! The beds were great, not tired and worn out. The sectional in the living room was perfect and allowed seating for everyone. The kitchen was equipped well and had a Keurig! The master bath shower was the BOMB!! Will always try to book this unit on repeat stays. Can't think of a thing I would have changed. One word describes this unit - AWESOME!!
