THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE EXCLUSIVELY TO FAMILY GROUPS ONLY.
This 7 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom oceanfront home located in southern Myrtle Beach has been recently renovated and features a private pool and magnificent views of the ocean from all over the house. This 2 story home features a private pool, large patio & deck area, gas grill, private beach access with shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens, Wi-fi internet access, and beautiful views of the beach and ocean from many rooms and the upstairs balcony.
This property does not allow any pets, smoking indoors, motorcycles, student groups or ball teams, weddings, or rental to anyone other than family outings.
7 night minimum during the summer months and 3 night minimum during the non-summer months.
HOUSE LAYOUT
Note: You enter house from street side which is actually the 2nd floor.
2ND FLOOR (front door, ground level street side):

- large open bedroom with bunk beds, TV & full size washer & dryer

PRIVATE POOL
The pool can be heated during the months of March-May and September-November but only when the outside temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees (day or night). If you would like the pool heated when the low temperatures are below 55 degrees a $75 per day pool heating fee would be required to help offset the cost of the excessive gas heating bill.
When the outside temperatures fall below 55 degrees the heater isn't able to get the pool water above 80 degrees (there is about a 30 degree max temperature rise it can achieve without the pool area being enclosed) and it takes between 12 - 15 hours to reach temperature.
PARKING
Guests may park a maximum of 6 vehicles at the property which includes the two car garage and ample driveway parking space.

When we first arrived, the impression was, this was a great place. When you walked in the open concept was awesome. The house was fully stocked for everything you would need as far as kitchen supplies and toiletries. The views to the beach were great. However while walking around the first day barefoot or with white socks, we noticed how dirty our feet got. This was before we ever step foot on the back patio or on the beach. After night one we realize the mattresses truly need to be replaced. Especially in the upstairs master. It shaped like a canoe. We had to sleep in the middle because you could not sleep on the edge without rolling back down to the center. Also was a little disturbed with the fact that the house next-door had a camera shooting down at the back deck/patio area as well as the pool. Was disappointed that you pay a large cleaning fee and you are asked to wash all the towels before you leave while on your vacation.

The house is better than what the pictures show. I almost think the pictures make the inside of the house look smaller than it is. I was worried about the living space and kitchen being small based off the pictures, but I was wrong. Lots of space. They have everything you need in the kitchen. And then more in the downstairs kitchen. And then more hiding in closets. We just kept finding more things. There’s spices and a few other things like that left in the cabinets which is nice so you don’t have to go buy it for one meal. Grill worked great. There’s two washer and dryers. One on each floor, which is convenient. Do not open any windows! That’s the only problem we had. They said they had a sign on the window but didn’t and we opened it and it was a project to get back in. But, the property manager answered my call quickly and we talked it out and all was good. There are beach towels and beach chairs there. And a highchair!I just feel like their listing doesn’t show all those extras that the house does have. The house was pretty clean. A few little things here and there seemed dirty, but that’s going to happen. Nothings perfect. There’s a few restaurants walking distance but this isn’t walking distance to the main “downtown” area unless you like to really walk. But it’s like a 5 min drive. It was a great location. The view is amazing. And easy access to the beach. Pool was perfect. Plenty of outdoor seating Loved it!

Location was great. Not a lot of people around. King size mattress in the top room with the sliding glass door, needs replaced. It feels like one person slept in the middle of the bed for several years. High chair was dirty. Half bath on top floor need the commode seat replaced. The lid won't stay up. The copper sink in the kitchen is beautiful, but I think the cleaning people need to learn how to properly clean it. It was convenient having 2 washer and dryers.
