Remodeled 3BR 3BA ocean view condo - 908 Margate
We invite you into the chic, sophisticated and modern condo that is 908 Margate. The refined and striking décor of this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo offers an impressive retreat after an amazing day exploring all Kingston has to offer! The living room is elegant yet comfortable with plenty of seating including a pullout sofa, loveseat and a couple of cozy chairs. This lovely room also features an eye-catching faux fireplace and has access to the balcony where you will find views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Kingston Plantation. The dining room is sharp with its modern crystal chandelier and cool gray tones, there is seating for six at the table and 2 at the bar. These modern touches are continued in the massive chef’s kitchen which contains tons of cookware and all new stainless steel appliances. You will find everything you’ll need to make fantastic meals here!! Off the back of the kitchen you will find a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Heading back into the main area of the condo you will find a generous sized master bedroom with a king sized bed, access to the balcony and a cavernous ensuite. The ensuite is huge, it has a large soaker tub, double vanity and separate shower. The first guest bedroom features 2 queen sized beds, a large walk-in closet and a private balcony. The guest bathroom is quite spacious and has a tub/shower combo and double vanity. The cozy and serene 2nd guest bedroom is located near the entry and has queen bed, lovely ensuite and access to the balcony.
Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Property Manager managed amenities including: Currents Waterpark and Embassy Suites pool, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

908 Margate is such a beautiful, spacious condo. We absolutely loved our stay. They place was so clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfy too! Can’t wait to come back

My family of 8 enjoyed this rental and we would consider using it again for our family vacation. The maintenance staff was very helpful when we encountered an issue with the fridge. The rental staff was very helpful and communicated very well.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It's absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. Kingston Plantation is wonderful and we used the free shuttle to get around and explore all it has to offer.
