Candy Ballerina No 2 Zagreb Center - top positon Lux

Excellent location, good communication and very helpful. Will book again next time we are there wonderful City of Zagreb

Nothing

Beautifully furnished and stylish. Modern facilities. Very quiet - despite being located right in the heart of clubs and bars. We stayed in no:2 which was at the back of the building. Good quality drapes so nice and dark for sleeping. All amenities well functioning. Great air conditioner. Key pad entry so didn’t need a key.

The entrance to the building was not secure meaning anyone could access it. There is no lift so had to lug suitcases up to level 2. The stairs are very dingy - paint peeling on the walls, broken windows, dusty, dirty. Gave a derelict feeling. Our instinct as we entered was to book elsewhere. However once you’re inside the actual apartment it’s sensational and security to the apartment was excellent. The bed was also very firm.

The location was fantastic, very central and easy to walk to all the main sites. The room itself was very nice too, looked good and was clean.

There was a horrible sewage smell throughout the apartment coming from the shower. Unfortunately this overshadowed the rest of the good bits as it was very strong and meant we couldn't spend any real time in the apartment. It was fine for one day but if we stayed any longer then we likely would have moved accommodation. The shower head is also not possible to be moved higher than waist height and is missing nozzles. Overall a good room, and would be brilliant if it didn't smell so badly inside. If the smell was fixed I would stay here again definitely.
