Emplacement idéal pour arpenter la ville haute, sans aucune nuisance sonore malgré l'adresse (en fonds d'immeuble). Appartement refait à neuf et très fonctionnel, bonus pour la micro terrasse... Bonnes indications pour le parking et self check-in très facile.

Beautifully furnished and stylish. Modern facilities. Very quiet - despite being located right in the heart of clubs and bars. We stayed in no:2 which was at the back of the building. Good quality drapes so nice and dark for sleeping. All amenities well functioning. Great air conditioner. Key pad entry so didn’t need a key.
The entrance to the building was not secure meaning anyone could access it.
There is no lift so had to lug suitcases up to level 2. The stairs are very dingy - paint peeling on the walls, broken windows, dusty, dirty. Gave a derelict feeling. Our instinct as we entered was to book elsewhere. However once you’re inside the actual apartment it’s sensational and security to the apartment was excellent. The bed was also very firm.

Location was perfect!
The only tip would be to let guest know that the property is located between two restaurants- I couldn’t see the entry doors Very well from the street

Location is excellent, although not very easy to get to because it is on a pedestrian-only street. Be prepared to walk your bags up and down 102 stairs.
The shower - shower head was mounted low so was basically a handheld shower only. Bathroom also smelt a little sewery.
