Местоположението. На кратко разтояние от центъра на новия град. Близа до всички забележителности. Много тих и голям апартамент. Удобен матрак и възглавници. Наличието на кафе машина беше много добре.
Апартаментът е на четвърти етаж, но няма асансьор. Много е трудно за хора с багаж по тези високи стълби. За двете нощувки апартаментът не можа да се затопли. Няма парно, а климатикът не успя да загрее дори само спалнята.

Apartment needs painting and small renovations. Dishes needs to be cleaned and some of them are rusty. Bathroom doesn’t have exaust fan.
