I liked that everything was very clean, under one roof, from the apartment, to the office space, gym, and grocery store. The host was extremely tentative and was there for anything needed at a moments notice. The apartment is located in a new development with tons of new growth in the area. It is close to shops and amazing restaurants including a 10 min cab ride to the center. I would highly recommend staying at one of Nikolce’s apartments, it was an absolute great experience and I can’t wait to come back again soon.

Der Vermieter ist super. Bzgl. der Wohnung gibt es kleine Kritikpunkte, die jedoch mit nicht viel Aufwand Verbessert wer

Der Ausblick ist wunderbar. Die Lage war gut, man hat nebenan ein Einkaufscenter und ein paar Lokale, in denen man essen gehen kann. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen sympathisch, hilfsbereit und hat uns auch super Tipps gegeben. In der Unterkunft war ein Föhn mit Diffuser vorhanden, das fand ich super. Für die Kaffeemaschine lagen zwei Kapseln zur Nutzung bereit.

Es waren Haare auf dem Boden, die nicht von uns waren, das fand ich ein wenig unangenehm. Weiterhin wäre es wünschenswert, wenn zum Beispiel auch ein Spülmittel zum Abspülen oder Tabs für den Geschrirrspüler vorhanden wären (das haben wir dann selbst gekauft) und auch ein Geschirrtuch. Im Ofen waren Bleche vorhanden, die jedoch voller altem Fett waren, das war auch nicht so angenehm.

Ägaren kände till felen, men ansåg att dem behövdes inte fixas akut.

På utsidan mycket fint, ligger på en bra plats i Skopje med fint panorama utsikt Gott om affärer man kan gå till centrum om man vill promenera långt. Ägaren var trevlig.

Skåp och tvättho sitter löst, eluttag som lossnar från väggen, dörr handtag till badrummet som faller ner, toasits sitter fast endast på en sida, så man glider på den. Dåligt städat.
