Great location

Location is key here. You are next to the mall. You have a parking garage and youre not too far away from downtown.

Someone before us left the window open and flying ants came in. Other than that, it was a really nice apartment.

Only one comment, there is a need to replace the curtain in the kids room so there will be real dark inside so they won't wake too earlly in the morning.

Top appartement

The location is excellent – everything is within easy reach, including a large shopping mall just around the corner. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, located in a quiet and peaceful area!

The only downside was that we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to maintenance work. If the pool is important to you, make sure to check in advance whether it’s available.

Very nice stay comfortable modern location and super helpful staff

Our flat was exeptionaly comfortable and modern, cozy and very tide, with useful services/ facilities included on closer buildings ( swimingpool, Gym) and very useful shopping center with a big supermarket underground. Furnished all comfort kitchen. Private Parking in covered underground garages very comfortable and necessary, because It doesn't seem very much safe to leave or park the car with luggage all night long outside the buildings. Location not too far from the town center and easy to reach from any direction anyhow. Staff director Dragan was very very helpful and kind.

Enjoyable stay. Free private parking a plus!

Great stay. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The owner greeted us and gave good instructions on how to access the apartment. The private parking was perfect, secure and underground in the complex basement. The air-conditioning was fantastic. The apartment has two bedrooms, living room and kitchen so its great for groups.

The place is in a good location, amazing panoramic view and the room was nicely decorated and clean. Well equipped, it had everything we needed. The pool was not ready yet, but I'm sure by the next time we'll pass here we will be able to try it.

Perfect

Second time in on of the Dragan's apartments. It was exactly as we saw in the photos, the apartment was very clean, comfortable, a new property. Dragan met us at the location and answered any questions, he was very friendly and hospitable. The pool was nice after a hot day out!

This apartment is great. New building,sky high views of Skopje from bedrooms and living area. Nice modern kitchen with everything you need. Large comfy modern bedrooms with ample storage space. Dragan was also available to help us with check-in and whatever we needed. We wished we had booked more nights.

Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε!

Θα ξεκινήσουμε από τον Dragan, ο οποίος μας υποδέχτηκε στο πάρκινγκ και μας βοήθησε να ανεβούμε στο διαμέρισμα. Ήταν φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός και έτοιμος να απαντήσει σε κάθε μας ερώτηση. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στον 19-ο όροφο και είναι πραγματικά όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Η θέα, ειδικά το βράδυ, είναι τέλεια! Τα έπιπλα καινούρια και η διακόσμηση πραγματικά όμορφη. Έχουν σκεφτεί τις λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν τη διαφορά. Τα κρεβάτια είναι πολύ άνετα και τα λευκά είδη πεντακάθαρα και μοσχομυριστά. Παρόλο το κρύο, το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ζεστό. Έχει θέρμανση και στο μπάνιο. Η κουζίνα με όλα, όσα θα ήθελε κάποιος για μαγείρεμα. Μεγάλη ποικιλία σε πιάτα, ποτήρια κ.λ.π Στο σαλόνι είχε μία μεγάλη τηλεόραση, και από άλλη μία σε κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο. Ο καναπές στο σαλόνι βολικός. Στην πισίνα χρειάζεται σκουφάκι και στο διαμέρισμα έχει τέσσερα προς χρήση για όποιον δεν έχει. Το κτίριο είναι ασφαλές με θυρωρό και πρόσβαση στους ορόφους μόνο με κλειδί. Έχει πολλά ασανσέρ και δεν περιμένει κάποιος ώρα για να ανέβει. Απέναντι ακριβώς από το κτίριο ( κατεβαίναμε χωρίς μπουφάν) έχει mall με μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ και καταστήματα για ψώνια. Έχει επιλογές και για φαγητό στον πάνω όροφο. Βγαίνοντας από το κτίριο και στρίβοντας δεξιά, πας στο γυμναστήριο και την πισίνα. Πάρτε μαζί σας πετσέτες, δε δίνουν εκεί. Το πάρκινγκ έχει ύψος 2 μέτρα, οπότε μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο με μπαγκαζιέρα δεν μπαίνει. Παρκάραμε απέξω και δε δυσκολευόμασταν καθόλου να βρίσκουμε θέση γυρίζοντας από βόλτες. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε! Ευχαριστούμε!

Perfektes Appartement

Absolut tolle und interessante Lage. Man ist schnell im Zentrum oder am Flughafen. Einkaufszentrum gehört zum Gebäudekomplex, Pool kann kostenlos mitgenutzt werden. Der Verwalter / Eigentümer Dragan ist ein cooler Typ, erklärt alles und regiert unglaublich schnell. Die Aussicht ist perfekt!

Jól felszerelt, szép apartman

Szép, kényelmes, jól felszerelt lakás a 19. emeleten, ahonnan a fél várost és a hegyeket is látod. Reggel 7-től este 10-ig lehet használni a medencét és a konditermet. Mosogatógép, kávégép, vízforraló, sütő, mikró, hajszárító, mosógép...stb. A hűtőbe bekészítve hűtött ásványvíz, a fagyasztóban jégkocka. A bejáratban vendégpapucsok, úszósapkák. Hangulatos led világítás a nappaliban, légkondi. Az autóval az épület alatt a mélygarázsban parkoltunk. A toronyházak mellett közvetlenül a bevásárlóközpont élelmiszerbolttal. Szóval, bármikor szívesen szállunk meg itt, ha Szkópjéban járunk.

Super toller Aufenthalt!!!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei Dragan! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wirklich super ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, sodass wir wunderbar schlafen konnten. Dragan ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sich wirklich rührend um uns gekümmert hat. Auch die Lage ist top: In nur 6–7 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto oder Taxi im Zentrum. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
