The owner was very flexible - we were a couple traveling (and sleeping) by car. Since it was very rainy, we asked the owner to facilitate a sooner arrival, which we did (from 15:00 to 12:30). The apartment has a free parking, has everything you need for a home-made meal, there is a bath. You can regulate the heating in each room (turn on and off). Strong WiFi connection. Some additional perks in the kitchen for a low cost, such as coffee capsules (there is a coffee machine), drinks, and snacks. The location is also perfect for going hiking. Nearby there is the Gerlitzen peak, which offers nice hikes. There is a grocery store LIDL just few minutes drive away.

A very comfortable, quiet and conveniently located apartment in a beautiful town by the lake and not far from skiing slopes. A very friendly host, and picking up and leaving the key were easy. The two-room flat was spick and span clean with very comfortable beds and lots of storage space. 5 mins by car away from the motorway, 5 mins walk from the Spar supermarket, great walking opportunities.

Functional and calm place, has a parking, fully equipped kitchen, very friendly and available owner.

Very small bed in the bedroom, there was a smell of an old flat which was not ventilated before we came, very old furniture, cleanness was not the best, far from the centre in the hills.

Gute Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungverhältnis

Geräumige, saubere Wohnung in ruhiger, untouristischer Sackgassenlage am Ortsrand. Direkter Zugang zum Wald, fussläufig zum Ortskern nur ca. 10min, 3min zu Supermärkten. Eigener Parkplatz am Haus. Supernette Nachbarn im Haus.

Hoher Reparaturstau (keine Vorhänge mehr im Wohnzimmer, Kühlschrank (Gefrierfachtür ausgerissen) defekt, Glühlampen defekt, Schrankgriffe abgebrochen, Toilettenspülung nur provisorisch mit Duct-Tape repariert, Duschbrause undicht, kein Rauchmelder mehr) Küchenausstattung sehr rudimentär, nur ein (!) Sektglas, und ein (!) Eierbecher, kein Wasserkocher, kein Toaster, kein Abflussstopfen im Spülbecken, viele, viele Kleinigkeiten, die sich eigentlich schnell beheben ließen, schade!

Ein sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub!

Gemütliches und ruhiges Apartment, das ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat. Die Seepromenade ist in ca. 13 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zwei Supermärkte sind in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Parkplatz liegt nur wenige Meter von der Haustür entfernt. Und für unsere Kinder hat die Vermieterin sogar eine Popcorn-Maschine aufgestellt und einige Spiele in die Wohnung gelegt! - Wir kommen wieder!

Zum Glück hatten wir ein kleines, scharfes Messer zum Obstschneiden selbst dabei. Denn in der Küchenschublade lag nur ein großes Brotschneidemesser. Ansonsten war die Küche aber gut ausgestattet (mit Herd, Backofen und Mikrowelle).

Leider entsprach es nicht den erwarteten Voraussetzungen für das Vermieten einer Unterkunft.

Anfänglich war der Kontakt gut, bis Mängel mitgeteilt wurden. Danach kamen keine Rückmeldung oder Lösungsansätze.

Das Klo war kaputt, das Bett war offenbar nicht frisch bezogen. Das Leintuch des Bettes hatte Flecken und auf den Kopfpolstern waren Haare fremder Personen. Ich hatte sehr mit meiner Stauballergie zu kämpfen. Wir sind aufgrund der Umstände früher abgereist. Wären wir wegen eines privaten Termines nicht auf die Unterkunft angewiesen gewesen, wären wir noch am selben Tag wieder abgereist.

Leistbare Ferienwohnung in Zentrumsnähe

Parkplatz mit Schlüsselsafe ist eine gute Idee. Nette Wohnung, von der man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum ist. Tankstelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Daher gerne wieder.

Trotz größter Rücksicht bei der Anreise mit unseren Harleys, hatten wir von einem lärmempfindlichen Hausbewohner am zweiten Tag ein Briefchen an der Wohnungstür kleben. Haben das sachlich beantwortet. Scheinbar gibt's auch normale Nachbarn, die uns freundlich winkend vom Fenster aus verabschiedet haben.
