Die schöne geräumige, moderne Wohnung ist in ruhiger Wohnlage-nur ca 10 min vom See entfernt. Weitere Highlights: das große Bad mit Walk-In Dusche, das bequeme Bett, die gute Möbilierung im Schlafzimmer, die überdachte große Terrasse, der hauseigene Parkplatz
Für uns das größte Manko: der Rolladen an der Terrasse konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Andere Probleme wurden mit dem netten Vermieter gelöst. Kleiner Tipp: wenn das kleine Rasenstück gepflegt wäre, dann wäre die Optik eine noch bessere und ein Sichtschutz zu den gegenüberliegenden Gärten fänden wir perfekt.

TUTTO !!!! Un appartamento incredibile, dotato di qualsiasi comfort necessario ... spazioso, curato nei dettagli, silenzioso. Posizione ideale, tranquilla ma comunque a 8/10 min a piedi dal centro di Velden. Parcheggio privato fuori dall'alloggio. Consigliato al 110%
nulla da migliorare... tutto perfetto!
