Great location, great host

The host was amazing! There was a language barrier but he was so nice and friendly and managed to communicate what was needed so it didn't make much difference! I will definitely stay here again, it was a great location and I loved having the outdoor area to relax and have a few drinks.

It was very clean except there was a couple of cobwebs. But this was very minor. Everything else was great!

The location is in a quiet part of Velden still close to the center Garden around, much green and wodden furniture.

no balcony no wifi (but maybe one choses that) bed very soft (but some like it)

I could not communicate because they don’t speak English..I needed iron for my clothes but they didn’t provide..when I found by myself And used it there where problem with electricity but nobody informed us about that..In general was very difficult to communicate and ask something from the woman who cleaned the appartment..

Eine Zumutung und enttäuschend.

Eigentlich nichts!

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war eine Zumutung. Die Badetücher und Handtücher entsprechen nicht dem Standard der heutigen Zeit ( Badetuch hatte z.B. ein Loch…)Sie wurden erst auf Verlangen bereitgestellt.

Ich habe statt des gebuchten Zimmer ein Appartment bekommen, da das Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung stand. Das App war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der große überdachte Balkon war sehr angenehm. Die City ist in 3 - 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Staubfussel am Boden deuteten darauf hin, dass länger niemand den Boden geputz hatte. Das Bad wirkte neu, der Rest der Einrichtung dürfte die besten Jahre hinter sich haben. Das nächste Mal bitte wieder ein Zimmer, da dieses moderner eingerichtet sind.

Schönes Appartement, schöner Aufenthalt, trotz mancher Mängel

Lage ist sehr gut, auch der Balkon ist sehr großzügig, Ausstattung der Küche gut,wobei es an Töpfen etwas mangelt

Sauberkeit in Küche und Bad war gut,aber alle anderen Zimmer, auch der Kühlschrank war nicht ausreichend geputzt, Matratzen sind grenzwertig weich, gehören dringend getauscht

Absolute Empfehlung!

Es war für uns perfekt! Super liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, sogar eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist sensationell. Die Terrasse und der Garten ein Traum! Wir haben jeden Morgen draußen gefrühstückt. Liebe Familie Wagner, wir kommen wieder!

Abzocke! Man bekommt nicht was man bucht.

Die Lage ist gut.

Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, uns wurde jedoch nicht das gebuchte Zimmer gegeben sondern deren Privatwohnung. Diese hatte nur eine Ausziehcouch und kein Bett. Weiteres war der Boden dreckig! Überall war privates Zeug, auf der Anrichte waren leere Weinflaschen und benützte Gläser. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache mit den Vermietern, hieß es es sei kein Doppelzimmer frei, es wurde anderweitig vergeben. Nach Androhung einer Stornierung bzw. es booking zu melden, gaben sie uns dann doch das gebuchte Doppelzimmer, welches angeblich ja vergeben war. SEHR dreistes Verhalten, vor allem weil wir schon zum dritten Mal dort gebucht haben!

Super Preis-Leistung an super Lage

Super Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten zum See, viel Platz in der Wohnung, grosser Balkon, Supermarkt gleich gegenüber, Bahnhof in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Badezimmer frisch renoviert. Wir konnten zudem spontan und unkompliziert um eine dritte Nacht verlängern, da unser Kind krank war.

Kontakt über Booking eher träge, bei Ankunft mussten wir anrufen, weil niemand vor Ort war (wir hatten aber auch erst am selben Nachmittag gebucht). Das Haus ist sehr ringhörig, Wände und Fenster sind nicht gut isoliert. Eine Wohnung im gleichen Haus hatte wochentags bis 1 Uhr morgens ein lautes Balkongelage, das hat man gut gehört, und auch die Nachbarswohnung war gut hörbar. Ausstattung von Haushaltsverbrauchsmaterial schien uns etwas geizig bemessen: Eine halbe Rolle Klopapier ohne Reserve, zwei letzte Tropfen Flüssigseife, in der Küche kein Öl/Salz/Ofenblech/Schwamm. Geschirr teilweise schmutzig angetroffen.
