Großzügiges Apartment I Waschtrockner I Playstation I 5 Gäste

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, mit dem Tram nur 10 Minuten vom Zentrum und Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Tramhaltestelle ist fast direkt vor der Wohnung. Es befindet sich dort auch gleich ein Konsum und eine Bäckerei. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, freundlich und ruhig. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Wohnung verfügt über Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Geschirrspülmaschine, Playstation und Netflix, alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Es gibt auch eine Kaffeemaschine, die haben wir aber nie benutzt haben. Die Kinder waren von der Playstation voll begeistert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Victor ist sehr gut verlaufen. Weil unser Kind krank war, fragten wir ob wir schon früher in die Wohnung können und es war kein Problem. Die Abholung mit den Schlüssel im Safe kappte auch einwandfrei, es wird alles exakt beschrieben und mit Fotos ergänzt. Da kann nichts schief gehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und ich würde die Wohnung sofort weiterempfehlen.

Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu meckert. Man muss sich einfach bewusst sein, es ist eine sehr schöne Altbauwohnung aber sie verfügt über keinen Lift und ist im 4. Stock.

We have enjoyed everything about our stay. Regarding the location, the apartment is perfectly located in a very nice building that has a real feel of the city. It is literally 1 minute away by foot to the tram & bus stations. The apartment is very well equipped, user friendly, and perfectly decorated to make you feel like home. Everything you need you’ll be able to easily find. The apartment is very modern with an amazing touch of authenticity that makes it very warm. Lastly, the host Victor is one of the nicest people we’ve ever met! He’s very responsive and always willing to help and answer all our questions. Therefore, it’s simply a 100% recommendation to try this beautiful cozy apartment.

The host was so kind and his replies were so quick. I had some trouble to find the key but he quickly solved the problem. And his recommendation of the local restaurant was amazingly nice! The stay will be comfortable since everything is there.
