Good location. Clean, except for some half used products in the fridge, which I left untouched.
No keys/keybox on the indicated spot. Looked around for a bit. Unable to reach host by phone. Luckily the host called back after a while and explained that the keys had been relocated. It would have been nice to already have been informed before arriving about it without having to ask the host myself. Some neighbors complained about not being happy this apartment is rented out to travellers.

Die Lage war sehr zentral, ruhige und angenehme Umgebung. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und gut zu erreichen.
Obwohl es eine Nichtraucherwohnung war, hat der Vormieter geraucht und das hat man leider gerochen. Die Sauberkeit an manchen Stellen könnte verbessert werden.

Die Lage war Perfekt. Supermarkt und Bäcker 50 m entfernt. In die Innenstadt 10 Minuten zu Fuß Kontakt mit Eigentümer war sehr nett.
Die Sauberkeit hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Betten und Bettbezug haben komisch gerochen. Geschirrhandtuch hat gestunken. Wasserhan im Bad locker. Wasserhan in der Küche ist Durchgerostet gewesen und wurde Provisorisch mit einem Klebeband abgedichtet. Alle Übergangsleisten der Böden locker und als Stolperfallen perfekt. Küchenmöbel, Böden., Schlafzimmerschrank abgerockt. Im gesamten müsste man mal wieder Renovieren. Ich würde in diese Wohnung nicht mehr gehen
