Central 3 bedroom apartment on Oxford Street GC4

We had a wonderful stay in this charming flat right on Oxford Street. The location is unbeatable—directly above Bond Street Underground, within easy walking distance of Soho, Hyde Park, shopping, and countless restaurants. We especially loved being able to stroll to dinner and dessert each evening in Soho. The flat was clean, comfortably cool (the A/C was much appreciated), and charming. The compact kitchen had everything we needed, including a fridge, microwave, washer/dryer, and sink (a drying line we brought was helpful). The layout worked well for our family, with three bedrooms (one queen, one double and twin, and one narrow twin room), two bathrooms (one quite narrow but functional), and a cozy living room that is a bit smaller than it appears in the photos, but so charming with the dining table overlooking the bustle of Oxford Street. There aren't closets, but hangers are provided. We traveled with family members ages 8–75, including one who uses a wheelchair. The building has a lift, but it's very small, requiring the wheelchair to be folded. Unfortunately, the lift stopped working during our stay, so if an elevator is essential for your mobility, it's worth keeping in mind that access isn't guaranteed. Otherwise, the apartment was a fantastic home base for exploring London. One final tip: don't miss the grocery and café in the nearby M&S—we only discovered it on our last day! We'd happily stay here again.

The lift breaking was unfortunate, but hard to avoid in buildings of this age and style. We loved our stay.

Older building . Portable AC units. One AC unit in single bedroom was not working properly. Carpets in bedrooms. One of the pull out couches is broken. The showerhead was also broken, had to hold it. For the price it was 👌. Washer in kitchen. Had some issues with The WiFi. Lift was not working when we came but was fixed by the time we left.

La ubicación es excelente, en plena Oxford Street, junto a paradas de metro (Bond Street justo debajo y Oxford Circus a 5 minutos andando), tiendas, restaurantes y a pie se llega en 20 minutos a todo (Picadilly, Trafalgar, Big Ben, etc.). El alojamiento es muy luminoso y totalmente exterior en habitaciones y salón (al menos nuestro apartamento).

En la parte mala ha y bastante que decir: teníamos un segundo piso sin ascensor (aunque se comenta en el anuncio), las fotos dan a entender un apartamento mucho más amplio: uno de los dos baños es estrechísimo (no llegará a un metro de ancho) y con la ducha bastante alta (y aún así se atascaba), un dormitorio es muy pequeño (el que está junto al salón), el salón es más pequeño de lo que parece (hay dos sofás-cama que, para poder abrirlos a la vez, hay que hacer un Tetris que no deja moverte cuando están abiertos), la cocina es pequeña y el aislamiento de las ventanas es malísimo (se escuchaba todo el murmullo de la calle -es Oxford Street, lo hay a todas horas- todo el rato). Por ello, creemos que la relación calidad-precio es muy mala. Por último, le hicimos una pregunta al anfitrión a través de booking el día antes de irnos (dónde podíamos dejar las maletas) y nunca nos contestó. La verdad es que no repetiríamos en el alojamiento.
