Incredibly convenient and central location, right above tube station. Comfortable sitting room and well-equipped kitchen. Quick responses to written messages.
Queen beds were closer in size to doubles, so very snug for non-couples. Multiple phone calls to property number went unanswered.

Location.
Room wasn’t ready at 2pm as stated on the check in information (2:40pm actually). Funny smell overall, very noisy AC. Wrong sized bedding for beds (double bed sized duvet on a single bed), mattresses and pillows felt lumpy. Slightly stained towels.
