The style of the room and the staff was kind
I didn't like the fact that they wanted to charge a fee when I asked to have my food warmed up in the microwave.

It’s well located with good view.
The reception was dirty on arrival, and was only cleaned after we complained. They Braai facility was used as a dumping site and very dirty. We were made to pay R400 to use Braai stand and after a prolonged negotiation. It was cold outside and we needed somewhere warm just to relax, they refused us to use the restaurant or hall and we told to pat R1500 just to sit, mind you that the braai facility was clustered and not ready. This was after we booked 22 rooms for our guest. Only after we felt they weren’t reasonable and we left for bed, they called us around 23:00 and apologised offering us the restaurant.
