Allegria Pool House - Puglia Mia Apartments

Locatie is prima om het centrum maar ook andere plaatsen te bezoeken. Het zwembad is geweldig. Ook het sanitair is prima verzorgd en schoon. Het bed ligt lekker. Heel fijn zijn de rolluiken, de horren en de airco. De gastheer is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Naast het zwembad werd gebouwd maar gedurende ons verblijf was daar gelukkig geen enkele bouwactiviteit. Het zitcomfort in het appartement is zeer beperkt. Slechts 1 comfortabelere stoel. Het appartement is gehorig. Geen standaard linnen / bad handdoeken wissel in 2 weken.

The property was perfect, a quiet area and only a short distance to a supermarket and the centre of Monopoli which is beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. I travelled on my own and it was perfect for me, it was nice to have the hosts right next door, I felt very safe and reassured. The hosts were so lovely! They were so welcoming and friendly, they gave me baked goods and invited me to join them for lunch on my last day. I had such a lovely time in their company. They were always available if I needed to ask any questions etc but also gave me plenty of space to enjoy my stay. I would definitely recommend and would go again.

A great bonus were the bicycles available to guests – perfect for exploring the picturesque nearby olive groves. The swimming pool deserves special mention – it was cleaned daily by the owner, always spotless and ready for relaxation. Guests also have access to a garden with sun loungers, a parasol, and a very convenient outdoor shower. And if you enjoy your morning coffee with a view, there’s also a lovely rooftop terrace you can use. The area is very peaceful and clean – ideal for a relaxing stay. There’s a well-stocked shop nearby, and the location is a great base for exploring the region – it’s very close to Alberobello and beautiful beaches. There is a house being built next door, but it absolutely didn’t bother us – there was no noise during our stay, and in fact, we didn’t see anyone working there at all. And finally – something that truly deserves the highest praise: the hosts. Absolutely lovely, kind, and helpful people. They were always available if we needed anything, regularly checked in to see if we were okay, and at the same time respected our privacy completely.

Photos conformes à l hébergement : moderne, bonne literie, emplacements pour voiture, très bel extérieur. Propriétaire serviable et agréable ( en effet , ils habitent bien sur place) Belle piscine , mais elle se trouve du côté du propriétaire. Hôte assez disponible ( Giulia)

Vu avec l hôte : très peu de vaisselle ( il y avait juste un verre de vin et elle nous en a ramené un 2eme, pas de ciseau, ni petit couteau pour cuisiner ....etc) bouton du four ( minuteur ) cassé ( on l'a de suite signalé) Mauvaise insonorisation : on confirme bien que l'on entend les proprios ronfler ( et le chien du voisin, enfermé dans 1 cage et qui fait qu aboyer) Soucis de ventilation, on pouvait dire chaque soir ce que les proprios ont cuisiné ( choux, poisson...) et ça, même dans notre chambre . Et le PLUS GROS SOUCIS : il faut savoir que juste à côté de la maison ( côté piscine) ,il y a un gros chantier en cours avec 1 immense grue ( bruit toute la journée) et ceci pas du tout précisé dans l annonce .
