The owner was very helpful, cheerful and nice. :) The apartment is in a good location, close to the center. It was fully equipped.

The bed was uncomfortable—too soft for us—and noisy.

Paolo was just great, he met us on site gave us the keys and info on the town, took us down the street to meet his friend at the Paneficio for fresh bread and Impanate, baked pizza pocket filled with potatoes and onions, just delicious. The apartment was very close to the gorgeous Piazza (city square), shops and restaurants we walked a lot. In the Piazza we jumped on the Trenino or touring train for a very interesting tour of the town and main attractions. Loved every minute

Unfortunately, the washing machine broke, and it hadn't been replaced yet, but there was a laundromat nearby.

it’s a really good apartment, conveniently located and had everything we needed. the host was really nice and accommodated our need for a vacuum cleaner to seal our vacuum bags. he was also really responsive with his communication. the bed is on the softer side which i personally like. we didn’t cook but there were plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery and pans. the coffee machine was a big plus. there is a big supermarket (compro bene) 3 minutes away and a really nice bakery (giorgio) just next to the apartment. there is a bus station on the same street going to capitolo which i recommend going to to see the roman baths, we went there 4 days in a row, but bring water shoes as it’s rocky. overall great stay 💖

Great location, equipment and realy freindly host. Plus for memory foam pillows and shampoo.

Its smaller but thats ok and no pretty view, but the apartment is between buildings so it stays cool all day even without AC running.
