Casa Menuccia

Nous avons loué mon mari et moi cet appartement de Monopoli pour quelques jours fin mai. J'ai pris contact avec la propriétaire de l'appartement via le n° de téléphone qui apparait sur la page de l'établissement. Nous avons été reçus par la propriétaire et sa fille qui étaient très sympathiques et qui nous ont fait un tour de l'appartement et donné les clés. L'appartement était très propre. La cuisine est grande et bien équipée (frigo, four, microonde, plan de travail). Nous avions demandé également pour avoir un mixer et la propriétaire nous l'a gentiment mis à disposition. Le lit est très confortable. Il y a également une salle de bain avec douche et machine à laver. L'appartement est à 3min à pied d'une petite crique. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue sans grande difficulté. Il y a des supermarchés accessibles à pied (<10 min, le plus grand étant Famila à env. 10 min à pied). Une pharmacie est également accessible à 5 min à pied. Le centre de Monopoli est également à env. 10 min à pied. Il ne faisait pas trop chaud dans l'appartement et le quartier (résidentiel) est plutôt calme. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée.

El agua caliente de la ducha se acababa muy rápido

Fabulous Extremely well appointed apartment Everything, and I mean everything, was brand new, from kitchen ustensils to coffee maker including the dishwasher and washing machine. I think we were the very first guests. 10/10 for location. Only a stone's throw to the beach and Porto Rosso café-restaurant, 5 minutes walk to a supermercato and 10 minutes to centro storico. We were warmly welcomed by Anna's (the host) daughter in fluent English. We spent 4 nights at Casa Menuccia and would have liked to stay a lot longer. Strongly recommend this accommodation and Monopoli. It is near a number of places in Puglia not to be missed such as Polignano a Mare (enchanting for its famous balconies overlooking the sea), Alberobello (famous for its trulli houses) and Ostuni (the so-called white city on a hill).

Everything about this stay was perfect. From the very beginning of the check-in process, the host guided us through everything with great care and attention. They even shared detailed recommendations for restaurants, cafés, and places to visit, complete with Google Maps links. Most importantly, the apartment itself was incredible. It was maintained as cleanly as a hotel, and we were genuinely surprised by how generously all the amenities were prepared. Truly, everything was thoughtfully provided. The beach is extremely close — close enough that you could easily come back to the apartment if you needed a break while swimming. It was also very convenient to walk to the old town, and parking was easy as well. Many thanks to the kind host for such a comfortable and memorable stay.
