Corfu Aquamarine

A lovely family business at the silent south coasts of Corfu. The property is well maintained and super clean with bright white walls and watery colours, huge sea view windows in the dining area too. The owner lady, Iulia makes sure to keep a personal contact will all guests and really pays attention to every guest. Breakfast is a nice buffet with variable options. My personal favourites were the home made orange jam and the amazing nut bars, which is a very special offer. Bathroom is very nice with spa quality toiletries and organic soap bar. Daily cleaning provided every day. The hotel offers massage as well and planning to open a small spa next year. As a hotelier myself I would say it’s easily a four star service. Highly recommend.

No such thing

The properties in a great location on the Bayside and has its own little private dock style, Beach It is very remote though and you need a car scooter or some kind of rental vehicle to reach it. Taxi is pretty impossible.

We booked a Seaview room with a balcony looking out over the bay, but unfortunately the AC didn’t work and it was very hot so they moved us to another room which looked at the mountain side

The view was nice and they had a mosquito net. It’s nice that there is a private beach that can be used by the guests.

It was extremely hot, so we couldn’t sleep with the door open. We had to use the air conditioner. Unfortunately it had a very bad smell of mold. The bed was not comfortable at all. We could barely sleep.
