Apartament Kapitalny przy porcie w Kołobrzegu z rowerownią i placem zabaw

Świetna miejscówka na odpoczynek przez cały rok. Byłam zimą i w mieszkanie jest ciepłe nawet w duże mrozy. Są moskitiery, na lato się przydadzą. Bardzo funkcjonalna i gustownie urządzona przestrzeń.

Nie ma się do czego przyczepić;-)

Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, ciepłe i bardzo stylowe. Jest nie tylko plac zabaw, ale też siłownia plenerowa obok😉 Nie było żadnego problemu z odpływem pod prysznicem, a łóżko jest bardzo wygodne. Nowe, zadbane osiedle, nie ma problemu z parkowaniem. Port ze świeżą rybką pod nosem.

Lokalizacja to kwestia gustu - dla zmotoryzowanych i entuzjastów jazdy na rowerze będzie cymes (super ścieżki i parking), mnie na piechotę było nieco daleko do głównych atrakcji, ale kto leniwy to jest autobus miejski.

The property is in a nice modern block of apartments with an elevator. The apartment is very nice and very well equipped. It has a dishwasher, nice kitchen and a clean, modern bathroom. It isn't big, but if you spend most of your time outside that shouldn't be a problem. There is a very nice balcony with a view on the street. The distance to the sea is around 1 - 1,5 km. It isn't far on the map, but the river shipyards (which are much closer) are partly closed for pedestrains and you can't get through to the sea there. There is also a military unit by the western side of the river estuary, which is closed for walking, as well. So you need to walk through the park, which is a little far. But if you like walking or can take a car, that is not a problem.

Nothing. Perfect (Perhaps an extra set of comforters could be helpful; one large comforter per bed (two people) might not be enough for some).
