W pełni wyposażony apartament, niczego nie brakuje. Na duży plus darmowe miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym.

Świetne i komfortowe mieszkanie, przytulnie urządzone. Doskonała organizacja z samodzielnym zameldowaniem.
Łóżko trochę za miękkie. W mieszkaniu jest bardzo ciepło. Dla ochłody dostępny jest wentylator. Dorzuciłbym jakieś firanki lub rolety, a nie tylko zasłony.

Apartament bardzo ładnie urządzony, w nowym bloku z windą. Dobrze zaopatrzony w najpotrzebniejsze sprzęty i środki higieniczne. Okolica spokojna, mili sąsiedzi. Blisko portu rybackiego oraz jachtowego. Na dole sklep Żabka i bistro Pasja (smaczne, domowe obiady) oraz kebab. Do Centrum można dojść spacerkiem (ok. 25 min.) lub dojechać autobusem.
Z uwagi na 4 (najwyższe) piętro, trochę duszno w mieszkaniu. Na pewno latem przydała by się klimatyzacja.

Swietne miejsce, parking podziemny robi robotę.
bardzo miękki materac na łózku, nie polecam dla osób starszych i z chorobami kręgosłupa, nie wstaną z łóżka bez pomocy.
