Schönes Apartment in einer Neubausiedlung nahe des Zentrums. Hervorragend ausgestattete Küche. Schöner Balkon. Sauber und gepflegt. Unkomplizierter Check-In mittels Codes. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf in der Nähe.
Enge Bebauung, die Nachbarn schauen einem quasi auf den Esstisch. Die Jalousien lassen recht viel Licht durch.

-Lage -sichere Gegend - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe -Gestaltung der Wohnung - großes Bett - TV mit Streamingdiensten (Netflix, Prime, Disney plus)
-kein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage (man findet aber eigentlich im öffentlichen immer einen Platz) -wenig Handtücher bei warmen Temperaturen für eine Woche - Couch sehr klein wenn man groß ist
