    We had a wonderful stay at Smile Hotel Shin-Osaka! It’s an excellent budget hotel that easily rivals many more expensive and popular hotel chains. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, making great use of the space so they never felt cramped. The interiors are cozy, modern, and beautifully maintained. We were honestly surprised by how nice everything was for the price we paid. The breakfast was also delicious with a good variety to start the day. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka!

    Really pleasant stay here, great spot for getting into Osaka, easy from the airport and then perfect for day trips out from Shinosaka station. Plenty of convenience stores around, comfy and clean room, only note is that it’s a small room!

    It’s not easy to find the hotel from the train station. The room is clean and comfortable. The food of hotel’s restaurant is not various but delicious.
