    We recently visited Palmgrove Lake Resort for a short family getaway towards the end of April, and it was absolutely wonderful. We booked the kayal-facing premium villa, and waking up to the tranquil, uninterrupted views of the backwaters right from our room was an unforgettable experience. ​The location of the resort is just perfect—tucked away right by the water, offering a stunning and beautifully maintained natural ambience. It was exactly the kind of relaxing, scenic break. ​The swimming pool was a massive highlight for us. It was very clean, well-kept, and provided a great, safe space for my daughters. ​What truly elevated the stay, however, was the hospitality. The staff's behavior was impeccable throughout our visit. They were consistently warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, ensuring our family had a comfortable experience from check-in to check-out.

    We stayed at Palm grove resort for 3 days in March. We stayed in the suite - very spacious for 3 people, loved the architecture of the room and the view outside was exceptional. Few things they really need to improve in order to give a wholesome experience and improve value for money - 1. Maintenance of rooms and the entire property needs to improve. Their intercom phones do not work. So one has to call on mobile to reach reception. 2. Overall service is quick but the staff needs to be more professional. Attention to detail is lacking. 3. Cleanliness standards need to improve a lot, especially in the cafe. 4. Breakfast menu is very limited and it's generally the same every day. All the high ratings I have given are mainly for the beautiful location and the room.
