    We stayed here for a short night vacated in the morning. The ambience of the hotel is good but could not explore more. Couple of points for improvement: I felt like the Food was bit oily especially Chinese dishes. The bed sheets were not 100% clean. Lastly there is a Snooker board which would not be used in lifetime I guess bcoz there is a 300 rupee fee,come one man when you are keeping in a resort you must allow customers to use them for free with some security deposit.

    At the very outset, while checking in, the power failed and the lift we were in got stuck on the way. It was not set right for about 10 mnutes and there was no reassurance or info in between regarding the status. Once the lift was operational there was no empathy displayed by the staff, or an apology. Just a statement that the lift had been down. Cleanliness was questionable, with cockroaches running around the corridors. Had booked a premium room for 3 people. The cot for the 3rd person looked like something taken out of a hospital/railway platform. Toilet was pretty small & toiletries were minimal. Not even a toothpaste or toothbrush which is common in lower rated hotels. The kettle was not working & had to be replaced thrice with the staff bringing in either broken or utterly stained kettles each time a replacement was sought. Tea bags/coffee/ sugar satchels were not replenished nor was the room cleaned. ( Even after staying for 2 nights). The hotel looks grand on the outside. Once in, the emotionless attitude of the staff makes you wonder if you made the right choice.. This attitude was visible even inside the restaurant. The staff are least hospitable. Indifferent attitude. Do not even know how to smile & extend a warm welcome! Would not recommend this place. The only plus point is the location which is right opposite the boat jetty. It is 0 ⭐ at 4 ⭐ price.
