    ​We had a wonderful time during our stay. The property offers a rich, upscale vibe while maintaining a warm and cozy home-like environment. Considering the quality of the room, setup, and hospitality, it is 100% value for money. Although we didn't get a chance to indulge in a full meal, the food options they offer look fantastic. The owners were extremely gracious and hospitable, ensuring everything was taken care of seamlessly. Would definitely love to visit again!

    I chosen this house boat for my birthday. Booked 2 nights and only stayed one night. That goes to show how good it is. I had to book my second night at near by Resort which was like 7 star. I requested a small slice of cake. Never got it. Often power goes on and off. Hot like hell .AC provided on for the night. Bed is,comfortable but no hot warer. Once power went of on upper deck for like 20 minutes staff dont even know that untill i went down in pitch dark and told them. Took us on dingy boat which called a billage tour. Charged 400 INR. Never got the change back from 500 given. what a, way to spend my Birthday after spending of thousands or INR to get there. Flights cabs hotels etc. Lot of fake and misleading advertising. Agoda also 100% responsible for this kind of accommodation promoting and charging neive people. This shouldnt be even listed on booking platforms. Lot of them only used the boat for day use

    Our stay at Venice Boat House, Alleppey was absolutely terrible. The most basic necessity — water — was not available. There was no water supply for bathing or even using the toilets, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one charging guests money. We were never informed about this issue in advance, and the staff showed zero urgency or accountability when we complained. No proper explanation, no solution, just excuses. Hygiene and basic comfort were totally ignored. A boat house without water is a joke, and this place clearly does not care about guest experience. Poor management, poor facilities, and a complete waste of money. I strongly recommend staying away unless you’re okay with discomfort and frustration.
