The staff were very polite, helpful and accommodating. The food served was very delicious. It will be good to travel in a big group to enjoy the time and have fun.

With great expectations we stayed with family but unfortunately experience is quite dissatisfying .
First its pickup location is very inside, though check in time is 1:30pm but you can’t stay room as it is too hot. AC allow after 8 pm only, foods served with limitations, docking place do not have option to buy anything nearby. Overall as per our experience staying overnight during summer month not advisable

Our stay at Venice Boat House, Alleppey was absolutely terrible. The most basic necessity — water — was not available. There was no water supply for bathing or even using the toilets, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one charging guests money.
We were never informed about this issue in advance, and the staff showed zero urgency or accountability when we complained. No proper explanation, no solution, just excuses. Hygiene and basic comfort were totally ignored.
A boat house without water is a joke, and this place clearly does not care about guest experience. Poor management, poor facilities, and a complete waste of money.
I strongly recommend staying away unless you’re okay with discomfort and frustration.
