    Not a bad place. The location is great. The sleeping pillows are a bit strange but that's typical japanese style. It seems to be on par for the price per night.

    Great little traditional Japanese hotel (ie, very sparce!) in the heart of Happo...easy walk to the bus terminal, and super close to hire stores and restuarants. Special mention to the restaurant attached to the hotel...awesome steak!

    Great hotel. Marked down for value for money and facilities because, like almost all Japanese hotels, it is extremely sparce. The staff were exceptional, and conveyed the typical Japanese helpfulness and manners we all love so much. The hotel is a very short walk from Happo Bus Station, and has many ski-hire shops and restaurants around. Would definitely stay here again. (The restuarant in the hotel is also very good...the steak was very tasty!)

    No frills hotel sitting above a fancy restaurant. Walking distance to Happo-One and the ski rental shops. Would come back again.
