Excellent staff, very welcoming and friendly! Great location and easy access to the mountains. The breakfast was delicious! I would recommend staying here, and I will definitely go back if I return.

Highly recommend: Extremely charming place to stay, quiet location, still convenient short walk to Hakuba Base Camp bus stop or to Happoone Nakiyama lifts. Also short walk to several restaurants for dinner. Elegant Breakfast, changes daily, was so delicious! Room had all the needed amenities, and common area heated ski-room ensured we had warm, dry gear every morning.
