Welcome to Cooper Cay! Easily walk to the beach access, just 400 feet way, and it's only 4 short blocks to shops and restaurants. This home offers spacious accommodations for up to 8 guests and is pet friendly. The large screen porch and fenced in backyard offer plenty of space to gather outdoors and relax. Located in a neighborhood setting with large live oak trees and a marsh view, this property showcases life in the Lowcountry.

Enter up the grand staircase with a full-length front porch, complete with rocking chairs. Be greeted with a long hallway where all common spaces and 3 bedrooms branch off from.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a 4-burner gas stove, and lots of cabinet space. You'll have everything you need to cook and serve family meals. Anyone can keep the family chef company at the table for 4. Pantry room includes a stacked washing machine and dryer, coffee counter, and storage shelving. Formal dining room, just off the kitchen, seats up to 6 guests. Kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room. Lounge on the sectional couch or the plush side chairs while watching your favorite shows on the flat screen TV.

Relax on the screen porch with lovely views of the marsh, just off the living room, which has a dining table to seat 8 and cozy furnishings to relax with coffee, or after a long day at the beach. Enjoy outdoor seating and hot tub under the house. Let kids run around the fenced-in backyard, and grill family meals on the gas grill. Rinse off in the outdoor shower.

The 3 bedrooms are found on the first floor. Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and large ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 sleeps 4 with the twin over full bunk bed and an additional full bed. The queen bedroom is the 3rd bedroom at the front of the home with a work area. The second-floor loft has one king bed and its own private sitting area with a TV. Cozy up in the reading nook under the window with a good book. Loft acts as a second master suite with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower.

Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 0.5 miles away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!

Just a short, 25-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more. Customize your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.

Parking for up to 6 vehicles is free in the garage and double driveway area. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Home is non-smoking. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, of 8 guests. Pet friendly with paid pet fee of $125 plus tax, per pet. Up to 2 pets allowed. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes
