About this house rental
One of Folly's Best! This 3 bedroom 3 bath elevated private home sits in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk away from the beach. The main living area is open and airy with vaulted ceilings. Off of the spacious kitchen you will find a laundry nook with lots of counter space so you will never feel cramped while whipping up meals on vacation. The primary bedroom on the first floor has a king bed as well as a connected sunroom that provides a twin bunk bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a king bed and connects to a sunroom. The location is quiet and tucked away so that you can enjoy your fenced in backyard with no interruption. Soak up the sun all day on the expansive back deck and enjoy the nights in either one of the enclosed deck areas. When you're ready for a trip to the beach all you have to do is walk to the end of the street and you will find the ocean just one block away! Gone Coastal allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. The house was great! It had tons of outdoor space-decks, a fenced in yard for our dog and a great layout for our family. The beach was very close and we could walk to town in 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

The property was good but very dated. It said it was newly remodeled but it was not. The pictures portrayed it well but not quite accurately.
