Swimming pool is a 5 minute walk from the home and is sun heated only....it gets very comfortable during the summer but cooler in the winter months. NOISE RESTRICTIONS IN THIS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION! NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER! NEIGHBORS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE HOA BOARD WILL REPORT AND ASSESS FINES FOR ANY NOISE VIOLATIONS. PLEASE RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THAT NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED AND KEEP OUTDOOR NOISE TO A MINIMUM.
