Nestled near the borders of Mesa, Scottsdale, and Phoenix, you’re just 15 minutes from the airport and less than 15 minutes from ASU. This spacious 4BR/3BA home offers plenty of parking, including a private two-car garage—perfect for both work and leisure stays.
Step outside to enjoy the artsy backyard and refreshing pool, the ideal place to relax and soak up the Tempe sunshine.

Hey there! We’re so glad to have you as our guest. Just a few friendly reminders to help keep things comfortable for you and future guests:
🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Please, no smoking inside the house. If you need to smoke, step outside and stay a comfortable distance away so the fresh air stays fresh.
🚗 Parking: Max of 3 cars — 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. If you need extra parking, just reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
🎉 No Large Gatherings: The home can host up to 12 people maximum at a time. Please, no big parties or events — we like to keep things relaxed and respectful for the neighbors.
❄️ Thermostat: The thermostat is set to 72°F in summer to prevent the AC from freezing and to keep it working properly for you and future guests.
💦 Pool Care: Please keep the pool cleaner in the water — it helps us keep the pool clean and sparkling for everyone’s enjoyment.

This was the perfect spot for us! My family had multiple events over a couple of days and we were all able to stay in one place and get to where we needed to on time and with ease. The home is spacious, comfortable & clean! Thank you
