The pool needed maintenance upon our arrival but response time was excellent. No trampoline as advertised was disappointing to the kids. Large space for family time and great layout.

Few minor flaws, could use more silverware and coffee cups, skillets, casserole dishes in kitchen so would only have to load dishwasher once a day instead of washing dishes after every meal to use for the next.Overall the property was gorgeous, especially the outdoors.Fabulous pool ,spa,, orange trees, basketball court. Beds very comfortable, lots of room for all 10 of us. Would definitely recommend !

Enjoyed the large house, big TV, pool and hot tub. Short drive to Tempe and Gilbert for fun.
