Came here for a staycation with some friends and had the best time. It felt like a little oasis. It was such a nice break from Phoenix without having to travel far. The house was clean, set up with a ton of extra linens, speakers in all the rooms to play music, and cute! The kitchen was a great size to cook and enough things to serve. Of course our favorite part and main reason for the stay was the yard. We basically spent our whole time out there. Lots of seating options and cozy to hang out. The lake, pool, hot tub combo was absolutely perfect! The whole house was so thought out to have all the things to have a great time for everyone. There were even fishing supplies set out for us and enough propane to cook on the grill. We will absolutely be coming back for another staycation. Torin also did a great job checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. So communicative and quick responses! Thank you!!

Our stay at this property was fantastic! It was my husband and I, our two adult children with their two children (a 5 year old and a 10 month old), and our dog. There was more than plenty of room for all. The “bunk bed room” really is something with the custom built queen sized mattresses. The master is set up nicely and is a fairly large room. All beds were incredibly comfortable. There are several fans (all different types) located in both bedroom closets. The main living area is wide open and the kitchen is quite perfect for everyone with a large refrigerator and massive amounts of counter space. It has a kuerig and not a full pot coffee maker, which really only pertains to those who are old fashioned like me. The house is clean and very updated, but still has enough of a lived in feeling that it’s comfortable and easygoing. The backyard is everything! It has gorgeous landscaping with turf grass instead of a bunch of concrete. The large tree is perfect for sitting under with a breeze.The grill is a four burner grill that works well and has plenty of space. There is an outdoor wine fridge that is great for water bottles/beer cans. The hot tub was really nice and comfortable. There is an abundance of different types of seating available. The pool guy comes twice a week and is very friendly, informative, and non-invasive. It was a perfect oasis for my husband and I, and an awesome “party/play” house for all kids wrapped into one. We will definitely be back!

We had a college graduation party here. It was a ton of fun! The pedal boat was a huge hit! We were very comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I was able to fit in the refrigerator. The host was very responsive and did everything possible to ensure that we enjoyed our time.Note to those with mobility challenges: when you first enter the home, there are steps going down into the living room and then another step going up into the dining area. This was just something that we had to be a bit more careful about as we had some guests (including ourselves!) with some mobility issues.
