Welcome to The Vibehouse!
Come catch the vibe at this colorful 4-bedroom, 2-bath East Valley getaway built for pool days, family time and hanging out together. The backyard is the star of the show with a private saltwater pool with optional heating, 6-hole putting green, fire pit, outdoor TV, plenty of seating and the “It’s The Vibe For Me” neon photo wall.
Inside, there’s room for the group to spread out, Smart TVs in every bedroom and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location also gives you convenient access to Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix.

OPTIONAL POOL HEATING
Pool heat is available for $75/night with a 2-night minimum, beginning on the day of arrival. Heating must be requested and paid for at least 7 days before check-in so the pool has time to reach the target temperature of approximately 80–85°F.
Pool service is performed on Thursdays, so guests may see our pool technician briefly servicing the backyard pool.
THE SPACE
The Vibehouse has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for families and groups.
Each bedroom has its own Smart TV so guests can sign into their favorite streaming apps.
The backyard also has an outdoor TV that swivels so you can watch while swimming, putting or relaxing outside. The remote is likely in the back of the TV cover. Please keep the cover on for protection as it zips and folds over.
Families with children will appreciate the safety gate separating the pool area.
THE BACKYARD
The private backyard was designed to be the centerpiece of the stay.
Enjoy the private saltwater pool with optional heating, approximately 1,200 square feet of turf, a 6-hole putting green, fire pit, outdoor seating, loungers and the “It’s The Vibe For Me” neon wall for photos.
Whether you're swimming, putting, watching a game outside or relaxing around the fire pit after dark, there’s plenty of space to enjoy the Arizona weather.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard during their reservation.
Self check-in makes arrival easy, and guests receive their own unique entry code for the stay.
PARKING — MAXIMUM 5 VEHICLES
Two vehicles may park in the driveway and up to three vehicles directly in front of the home.
Please do not park in front of neighboring homes.
IMPORTANT HOUSE INFORMATION
Occupancy:
Maximum overnight occupancy is 11 guests. Please book for the correct number of overnight guests so we can prepare the home and provide the appropriate number of towels. If your group changes, please update us. Visitors should not create a gathering or event beyond the registered reservation.
Quiet hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM and are strictly enforced out of respect for our neighbors. Guests are responsible for fines resulting from noise violations, including police or city enforcement.
Music & speakers:
A soundbar is provided in the living room and must remain indoors. The outdoor TV or a small portable speaker may be used outside at a reasonable volume. Outdoor music should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.
Laundry:
If using the washer and dryer, please do not mix our white linens with colored clothing. Guests may be responsible for permanently stained or discolored linens.
PROPANE FIRE PIT & GRILL
A propane fire pit and propane grill are available for guest use. Because propane usage varies significantly between reservations, we cannot guarantee that every tank will be full upon arrival.
If a tank is empty, guests may exchange or refill it and we will reimburse up to $20 per tank with a receipt from a nearby filling or exchange location.
Please never leave the fire pit running unattended.
Decorations:
Please do not use sticky dots, tape or adhesive strips on walls or décor, as they can remove paint.
Confetti and glitter are prohibited indoors and outdoors, including confetti-filled balloons. Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply if these rules are ignored.
Pets:
No pets are permitted.
Smoking:
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the premises.
EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
For guest safety, property security and host protection, exterior cameras are located at:
1) Front doorbell camera
2) Right side of the home above the gate
3) Rear-right exterior overlooking the backyard area
There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras may not be covered, disabled or tampered with.

We had a wonderful time! There were three groups of us gathering in town for our cousins wedding. This place had room for all of us to have our own space, and also spend time together inside or out. We had several different sleep schedules (and naps!) to work with and no one was disrupted by anyone else. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was never an issue. We were close to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores and felt safe walking or driving. All the rooms were comfortable and clean and it felt like the place was nicely decorated, without being filled with trinkets that our little kids could break or destroy.

The house and host were great! The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and is conveniently close to everything you might need. It was clean and well-suited for most of our needs.My only suggestion would be to add more kitchenware—such as a crockpot, larger skillets, and similar items. The current selection feels a bit basic and small for a group of eight, especially when the goal is to save money by cooking meals.Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. Great communication and experience. We would definitely stay again!

House is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It was clean and easy to check in and out. It is located conveniently near Old Town, Cave Creek, Phoenix airport, etc. Would stay again.
