About this house rental

Cozy 3Br home located in heart of Fayetteville. Quiet neighborhood right off of I-49, minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. 10 minutes from the Razorback Stadium, Dickson St, Centennial Park, and Greenway Trailhead. Private backyard bordering nature trail has a large deck, gas grill, and fire pit swing set. Open gathering area and a home office in master. Perfect for tailgaters, mountain bicyclists, and explorers.

Nice place that is in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive or uber/lyft ride from Ark campus and downtown. The back yard was super pet friendly for our dog. We'd stay here again.

My husband and two small pets stayed two nights, originally 3 nights however husband got food poisoning therefore our stay was short. The house is on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood and close to UARK. The house has all the amenities which was nice so we didn't have to purchase a lot of small things. Large yard perfect for pets. We would definitely stay here again!
