This newly remodeled home sits right on the edge of the Deschutes River just a few miles outside of Sunriver proper and will be your family's new favorite getaway. From the light-filled great room to the jaw-dropping location, this home has what you need for an awesome vacation. This home sits just outside Sunriver, in the tranquil Three Rivers community, minutes from The Village shops and restaurants.
Upon entering the home you'll be in a large, open space with the living room attached to the kitchen and dining areas. The living area features comfy furnishings with queen sleeper sofa and a large river rock fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The adjacent dining room seats 10 and is connected to the gorgeous, well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops and amazing views of the Deschutes.
On this main level is the king ensuite bedroom with private bath. featuring enhanced accessibility features including a roll in shower and wheel chair accessible sink. A second king bedroom plus a full bathroom with soaking tub and shower is also available.
Head upstairs to find bedrooms 3 and 4, a king bedroom and a queen room. There's also a full bathroom on this level with walk-in shower.
Outside on the deck is a private hot tub and gas BBQ grill. Head down to the river and this home's private dock to take a dip in the water or watch wildlife or drop in your pole to do a little fishing.
The garage holds a full-sized pool table and bikes when you are ready to take a cruise around the neighborhood.
***This home is a part of a separate owner's association. We ask that all guests are respectful of neighboring properties and keep noise levels low outdoors from 10pm-7am.***
-Please ensure all exterior lights are turned off from 10pm-7am to avoid light pollution.

This was our first time staying at this property, 4 adults, we liked having the master suite separate from the rest of the rooms, huge kitchen with lots of storage, our favorite part was hanging out in the back yard,on the patio or dock, watching the ducks, Canadian geese on the river, although we had some mishaps during our stay, the property manager went above and beyond to accommodate us, which was much appreciated

We loved our stay at the RIver Front Home. The house was very clean and came with everything we needed.Our boys loved fishing off the back dock and even caught a few trout. The pool table was a big hit for them. This was a perfect location and we hope to return again someday!

We loved the location! The house is located on a bend in the river where the view of the landscape is exceptional. We took advantage of the river, kayaking and floating to the bridge. The river front was wonderful to sit by for drinks in the evening. The house is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped with a large refrigerator and new appliances. We appreciated the comfortable king size beds. We had such a great time we extended our stay one day. Thank you again.
